Below is the application for all applicants and potential owners of a 1st Towne kitten. Please copy the questions paste into an email and please email me your application to eriktoce@yahoo.com.

Some Information and Polices to be aware of as well:
We reserve the right of refusal and or cancellation for the sale of any cat/kitten at any time with no explanation prior to delivery. If a deposit has been paid it will be refunded and the contract cancelled without further obligation to the buyer.

All kittens will be sold with a contract. You must sign the contract prior to delivery of your kitten. The kitten will have a clean bill of health with certification from my veternarian within 72 hours of delivery to you.  Once the kitten leaves our home and is delivered to you, we no longer have any obligation for any health . Kittens will not be declawed, or allowed outside. Must be altered by age 6 months unless breeding rights are purchased. If you are no longer able to care for the cat/kitten  I am to be notified and cat returned to me at your expense and no refund for any money that you paid when you bought the cat/kitten from me. Once I have approved you as a good home for my kittens I will send the official contract for your review. If you decide to move forward with adoption, a deposit for the cost of the kitten in the form of cash, money order, bank check, or paypal(buyer to pay pal fees) If the buyer cancels the sale at anytime prior to delivery the deposit will not be refunded. Delivery of the kitten will not take place until the total cost is paid in full via the above payment options. All kittens will have their first set of shots prior to delivery. A CFA Registration slip for you to register the kitten in your name, pictures of the kittens parents as well. I am also always available to you to answer any questions, tips, etc. You can call/email anytime and I will do my best to help you. Please let your vet know that I will be checking into your pet records and getting their input on how you take care of your animals as part of the application process.
